Private Pilates Session

Our Private Pilates Sessions provide expert one-on-one instruction in a welcoming boutique environment.
Perfect for clients who want to:

Learn Pilates safely and effectively

Whether you're completely new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, your instructor will create a program designed specifically for you.
Integrative Pilates Session ($180/hour)
Sometimes a traditional Pilates session isn't enough.
Our Integrative Pilates Sessions combine Pilates with your instructor's advanced training in complementary disciplines that support the nervous system, fascia, movement patterns, and whole-body function.
These sessions are often the best choice for clients who are:
Recovering from an injury or surgery
Transitioning from physical therapy
Living with chronic or recurring pain
Managing hypermobility or Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS)
Living with scoliosis
Managing osteoporosis or balance concerns
Living with Parkinson's disease or other neurological conditions
Looking for a more comprehensive and individualized approach to movement
Depending on your instructor's expertise and your individual needs, sessions may incorporate principles of neuroscience, somatic movement, myofascial release, biomechanics, corrective exercise, breathwork, balance training, and functional movement.
